Interview tips according to Youtube

It's all about the "Core" in this article.

As the next batch of young professionals we should all know the basics to any story or thought we want to convey to our readers and and audience. As I came acrosss my google alerts last night there was a very cute article on Michael Figliuolo creator of "Thoughtleaders" a firm to better train people for successful communication presentations and help people understand the "core" as Michael says to any presentation.

"Start with the core idea/goal you are trying to put forward, make the argument for accomplishing that goal, aided by your data and analysis. It is critical that after the meeting, they can say, 'Yeah I see where you want to go and why it is important.'" (Michael Figliuolo).

This was a great article done on Michael by Kerri Smith, check it out everyone.

Get involved with the nonprofit organizations

I have done many nonprofit organizations events and it can only add to your resume and show involvement in the community, which is what employers are looking for a "well rounded" candidate for a job or internship. Hands on Miami is a great nonprofit organization to get involved with, so is Food for the Poor. Take a look at their site for the project of 2008 this past November we were working at the Miami Metro Zoo. let me tell you there is nothing like hanging out with all the animals and painting their pens while theya re not to far from you looking at you suspiciously. Here is the link to get involved with them.
